NP Lewes Delaware! Come to the beach!

Job description

Nurse Practitioner (NP) needed to join our team in Lewes, Delaware. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The NP will work closely with attending physicians and facility staff to ensure optimal health outcomes for geriatric patients.
Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Call:
No formal call responsibility.
NP may be contacted during on-site hours (typically Mon–Fri, 7 AM – 7 PM) for patient care questions only.
Attending physician handles after-hours and weekend call coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and provide primary care for 20 SNF and LTC patients per day.

• Flexible Daytime shifts, Monday - friday
• IM or FM Nurse Practioner needed, IMLC or Active Delaware license
