Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages, genders, and medical conditions. The role emphasizes preventative care, chronic disease management, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.

Develop patient-centered treatment plans and educate patients on wellness and disease prevention.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).

Refer patients to specialists or other medical services when necessary.

Collaborate with nursing staff, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meet clinical benchmarks.

Provide culturally competent care in a diverse community setting.


Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine.

Valid and unrestricted medical license in US.

DEA license and CPR/BLS certification.

Experience with EHR systems preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
