• ASAP start date
• 3 month assignment with possibility to extend
• Prefers 6-12 months assignments or even longer
• Monday - Friday
• 18 - 20 patients per day
• Sees all ages!
• MUST BE BOARD CERTIFIED!
• Full support staff
• Licensed in West Virginia
• Basic primary care duties: sick/well visits, annuals, medication management, disease management.
• EMR: Athena
• 60-90 days credentialing but can back bill and will take a provider ASAP
