Job Summary
• Clinical Psychologist - BH
The Clinical Psychologist provides direct patient care in various mental health locations within
RCHSD. The clinical psychologist works collaboratively with treatment teams internal and external
partners, and agencies in the development of clinical programming and implementation. Works to
support the department in the advancement of behavioral health initiatives that aim to improve the
mental health of pediatric populations. Primary role of the clinical psychologist is to provide clinical
assessments, develop and implement care plans, and provide evidence-based therapies and when
indicated conducts testing. The clinical psychologist completes documentation per department
standards and regulatory guidelines. Participates and leads ongoing initiatives of the department to
support the vision and innovation of direct clinical care to patients and families.
School Education
• Doctorate Degree (non MD) (Minimum)
Area of Study
• Area of Study in a Field Related to the Position
Experience
• 2 Years of Experience (Minimum)
• 3 Years of Experience (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
• BLS for Health Providers (AHA) (Minimum)
• CA Licensed Psychologist (Minimum)
