Job Title

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LPC-A, LMSW, LPC-S, LCSW-S)



Summary of Duties

· Providing counselling services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline

· Maintaining quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals

· When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients

· Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and all-hands meetings

· Supervisory roles available for LCSW-S and LPC-S



Role Structure

This position is full-time at a minimum of 32 hours per week or part-time at a minimum of 16 hours per week.



Our standard practice hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST Mondays through Sundays. Providers have their choice in scheduled days and hours.



This position is 100% remote.



Supervision Received

This role reports to Televero’s Director of Counseling.



Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in counseling-related field.

AND

Master's or doctoral degree in counseling or counseling-related field.

AND

Active LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, LCSW, or LPC-S License in Texas.



Minimum one (1) years experience.



Skills Desired

· Strong written and communicative skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, & Teams

· Telehealth experience preferred
