Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Hartford, CT (#GP1007)
Location: Hartford, CT | Full-Time | Salary: $100,300–$161,320/year

Deliver primary care services, perform exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, collaborate with physicians, and provide culturally competent care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

✅ What You Bring
Master’s degree, CT APRN or PA license (or eligibility), DEA certification, 1–2 years' outpatient experience preferred. Spanish proficiency is a plus. COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempt.
