Fort Wayne Metro Area, Indiana
• 5 days a week going between the two locations
• 2.5 patients per hour
• E-Clinical Works- EMR
• BC or BE- in any primary care specialty
• Monday/Wednesday – 8-7 – Tues/Thurs/Friday – 8-5
• Interview with Bruce, CMO- can be on zoom
• Cred- 30-45 days
• DEA, CPR, CSR- required
• Support staff- Need to confirm if each provider is given a MA
• T&L- Hotel + Mileage

• 5 days a week between 2 locations
• Outpatient health clinic - E-clinical EMR
• Hotel & mileage covered
