📋 Position Overview:
Join a vital team providing 24/7 emergency care at a busy free-standing Emergency Department in rural Ohio. This role offers independent patient management with no admissions responsibility, providing focused emergency care in a supportive, well-resourced environment.
Work alongside mid-level providers in a collaborative setting and manage emergency codes as the primary provider on-site.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide emergency care to 25-35 patients daily in a free-standing ED setting 🏥
✔️ Manage your own documentation efficiently using established EMR systems 📑
✔️ Respond to emergency codes and stabilize patients for transfer when necessary 🚑
✔️ Collaborate with hospitalist teams for patient admissions at the main hospital site 🏨
✔️ Maintain required certifications and licensure to ensure compliance and quality care 🩺

🎯 Candidate Requirements:
✅ Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
✅ Ohio State Medical License or IMLC with proof of LOQ within 3 business days
✅ Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP
✅ Minimum 2 years recent emergency or critical care experience
✅ COVID Vaccination
