Provider NP/PA Family Medicine Locums: Multi-location, Oregon (OR).

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Provider NP/PA Family Medicine Locum to work coverage in Medford and Gresham, Oregon (OR). Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The role of Provider NP/PA Family Medicine:
Medford, Oregon
· PAs must have a collaborating physician (bring one with them) **
· NPs can practice autonomously
· Critical Dates: July 14-October 31
Gresham, Oregon
· 1-hr lunch on full-day shifts.
· Critical dates: ongoing

Facility Information (both locations):
· On-site clinics (employees + families)
· Average Patients per hour: 2-3
· Ages 2 and up – Primary Care.
· Primary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
· 3-5 years of MD/DO experience
· Must have completed FM/IM residency, FM preferred.
· EMR: eClinicalWorks

** Conditional caveat: If Providers are interested in Direct Hire/Permanent position. – Must have their own CP or be able to practice autonomously in the state of Oregon. Will take an FNP or PA.

Requirements of the Provider NP/PA Family Medicine role:
Active OR License and DEA, unrestricted.
Board Certified – Family NP/PA
Agrees with Travel/Housing parameters.
