18 patients per 8 hours basic primary care
Ages seen: 2+ preferred, Ages 18+ Accepted
Mileage Possible
36-40 hours per week (8 and 12 hour shifts available) 8a-5p or 8a-8p
4 Week Credentialing
3-6 months of coverage
