Home Health APP needed in Ocean County, NJ - Will consider new grads!

Job description

Full-time or part-time opportunity in Ocean County, NJ for a Home Health NP/PA (no treatment involved).

🔹 Role: Perform 5–6 home health assessments per day — no hands-on care, just annual wellness checks and reporting any urgent findings to the PCP
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-time), but we’re also considering part-time availability (3–4 days/week)
🔹 Pay: Paid for the entire day, regardless of the number of visits
🔹 Perks: iPads provided + daily mileage reimbursement
🔹 Experience: Open to new grads! Home health or primary care experience is a plus
