Facility in Cheshire, CT seeking Primary Care APP locums coverage Rates: $120/hr Position Details: Start Date: September 1, 2025 End Date: March 31, 2026 Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day Age Range: Pediatric patients age 5+ through adults Admin Time: 4 hours weekly included Telehealth: Not required Call: No on-call responsibilities Support Team: Medical Assistant (MA) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Embedded support from experienced physicians and APPs in the group Requirements: Active CT license
