The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a radiologist to join our team of 14 physicians at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) in Anchorage, Alaska. As a 182-bed Level II Trauma Center, ANMC serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people across the state. With over 30 specialties, we provide a full complement of acute medical and primary care services. Our unique patient population, breathtaking geography and cohesive team make this a one-of-a-kind practice opportunity!

Qualifications: Completion of an ACGME/AOA approved residency in Radiology; BE/BC in Radiology; collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.

Need onsite coverage, no remote

Do you have voice recognition? Yes

General Procedures- (i.e. Plain film / IVP / BE / GI?) - Minor procedures and fluoro preferred, not required

What types of Mammography? Screening / diagnostic / MRI? All performed at our institution. Prefer a candidate willing to do all 3, but not required.

What types of Ultrasounds? ABD / Pelvic / OB / Vascular- doppler? All performed.

What types of Nuclear? Cardiac / Bone / Lung / PET / Other? No Nuclear medicine studies.

What types of CT? Head / Body/ ADP / PET/ Other? No PET. All others performed.

What types of Magnetic Resonance Imaging? Body-Head / Neuro-Spine / Neuro-Head / Joints/ Extremities/ MRA / MRI Special - All performed.

What additional special invasive procedures are offered? None required for locums rad
