Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Pre Licensed Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients, focusing on a range of issues including geriatric care, addiction, and behavioral health. As an outpatient therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
Provide individual counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
Implement evidence based techniques to assist clients in managing their conditions.
Utilize systems theory to understand client dynamics and enhance treatment effectiveness.
Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
Experience
A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling, Or equivalent counseling degree from an accredited institution is required.
Active state licensure or license eligibility is required
Proficiency in individual counseling techniques, including psychotherapy and behavioral therapy.
Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and treatment planning.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
