Home Health Opportunity – Nurse Practitioner (NP Only)
Location: North Carolina
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 12 weeks

Position Details:
Patient Type: Mix of new and established patients
Setting: Combination of telehealth and in-home visits
Telehealth: 8 patients per day
Home Visits: 6 patients per day
Home visits are conducted in patients’ private residences (not assisted living)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour days
Occasional night and weekend telehealth call (approx. 12 calls/week)
Weekend-only work may be considered for telehealth call coverage
Call: Limited telehealth call only
Mileage: Reimbursed

Candidate Requirements:
- License: Active NP license in North Carolina
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner (preferably in geriatrics or primary care)
- New Grads: Not accepted
- Board Certification: Not specified beyond NC license
- DEA: Not required; will work under a supervising physician
- Medicaid Enrollment: Preferred; client is currently verifying if required
- Provider Type: NP only (PAs not accepted)

Support Provided:
- All necessary equipment provided (e.g., laptop for telehealth)
- Scheduling team confirms appointments the day prior
