Locums to Perm Primary Care Physician Needed in Colorado - Rare Location Opportunity!

We are currently hiring a locums primary care physician for a health system in Colorado.

Start Date: ASAP after credentialing ~30 days
Duration: Locums to permanent, 3-6 month locums contract to start
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Pay: $130 - $140/hour

Facility Information:
- Geriatric patient population
- 12 to 15 patients per day, sometimes up to 18
- Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Care, and Palliative Care patients

Requirements:
- Colorado state medical license
- Board Certification
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine/hospitalist, or emergency department
