✅ Qualifications
✔️ MSN or DNP from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
✔️ Valid, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license and national certification (ANCC, AANP)
✔️ Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS/PALS may be required by assignment
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years primary care preferred, or per facility requirements
✔️ Technical proficiency with EHRs, diagnostic interpretation, and clinical procedures

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Expertise in electronic health records and clinical documentation

✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct thorough patient histories, physical exams, and health assessments
✔️ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within NP scope
✔️ Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
✔️ Prescribe medications, therapeutic interventions, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Educate patients and families on disease management, health promotion, and prevention
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and clinical interventions
✔️ Participate in quality improvement, risk management, and policy development
✔️ Mentor and educate nursing and support staff as needed
✔️ Respond to emergencies and provide urgent care interventions
✔️ Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies
