Job description

Location: Indianapolis

Provider can rotate in between surgery centers, practice details below:

Shift Details: 10 Hr shifts
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10 hour days Voluntary weekends/call

Work Details:
• Support Staff: Supervised ratio 1:4. Most times 1:2
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time, 40hrs/week
• Patients per day: Will vary by department
• Patient Population/Age: Community health centers/ surgery centers NO peds no trauma
• Department Description: Inpatient/outpatient responsibilities including: endoscopy, ERCP, GYN, ENT, dental, plastics, urology, ortho, trauma, NORA, general, neuro and
• EMR: Epic
• Skills Required: Must have trauma experience

Practice Setting: Hospital - Community Hospitals and surgery centers. no trauma no PEDS

Travel Logistics: Travel and lodging covered

Requirements:
• License Required: client will license.
• Certifications Required: Must have graduated from Master’s level anesthesia program accredited by the council on accreditation of nurse anesthesia educational programs.

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
