CRNA needed in AK (negotiable rates)

Job description

General mix, Ortho, ENT, Endo, GYN, OB

-Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
-Preferred certifications: ATLS, ALSO, NRP, STABLE.
**Certs must be through the American Heart Association
-2 years of clinical experience
-Facility Size - 25+ bed (critical access) hospital.
-ED is a Level IV Trauma runs 24hrs
-Shifts are generally 10hr days
