• Location: Flagstaff, AZ
• Start Date: May 17th, 2025
• Scheduled Shifts:
o May 17: 7a–7p
o May 19: 7a–7p
o June 1: 7a–7p
o June 2: 7a–3p
o June 9: 7a–7p
o August 4: 7a–7p
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Daily Case Volume: 50–60 cases
• Case Types: Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, Endoscopy
• EMR Systems: Cerner & SaAnesthesia
• Must be Board Certified
• ACLS & BLS Certification
• AZ License Required (or enough time to obtain)
• Recent Hospital Experience Required

• Scheduled Shifts Available
• Case Types: Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, Endoscopy
• Daily Case Volume: 50–60 cases
