Job description

Start Date: September 8, 2025
Assignment Length: September 8 – January 11
Location: Arizona (License required prior to start; time to license available)
Setting: Hospital

Schedule:

Shifts may vary: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, or 3p–11p

Approx. 40 hours per week

Schedule auto-generated by software; specific shift requests not accepted

Practice Details:

11 ORs in the main hospital + 2 in the ambulatory center

50–60 cases per day

Case types include: ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo

EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Must have recent hospital-based experience

Requirements:

CRNA Certification (Board Certified)

Active AZ license (or willing to obtain before start)

BLS or ACLS certification required

DEA and CSR not required

Interview conducted by phone with Dr. Weiss

Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
