Job description

CRNA Locums Opportunity in Arizona!
Start Date: September 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 5 month assignment with the option to extend
Schedule: Specific Shift Times: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, or 3p-11p
Additional Scheduling Details: Approximately 40 hours per week

Arizona License Required (Aya can assist with licensing)
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 Days
Aya can assist with medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging!
