CRNA needed two hours outside of Phoenix AZ!!!

Start Date: July 30
End Date: August 22, with potential extension
Position Duration: Full-time through August, with option to extend month-to-month
Can remain full-time or PRN every Tuesday and Wednesday after notification 30 days prior
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
5x8 hour shifts, starting around 7:00/7:30 AM and ending around 3:00 PM
Client guarantees a 40-hour workweek
No Call
Work Type: 100% outpatient
Case Types: GI

Work Environment:
Patient Age Group: Adults only, ages 18+

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience required
No new grads accepted
EMR System: gGastro
Licensing: Active AZ license required
Credentialing: 30-45 days
Decision-Making Timeline: Very fast – within 1-2 days

Compensation:
$205+ per hour
Mileage and hotel stipend provided
Local candidates preferred, but mileage and lodging will be covered for non-local providers

Additional Details:
Reimbursement includes mileage and lodging stipends
