Job description

Tucson Arizona CRNA needed for multiple sites

CRNAs to provide coverage in various clinical settings.
Credentialing at multiple locations, including hospitals and surgical centers.
Worksites include facilities with general surgery, orthopedic, vascular, regional anesthesia, spinal, epidural, pain management, and nerve block procedures.
Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks; training for blocks will not be provided.

Minimum of 1 year of experience required; new grads considered if they meet experience criteria.
AZ license preferred but not mandatory if willing to obtain one.
Shifts primarily Monday through Friday, candidates willing to work at least 3 weeks per month preferred.

Call coverage required at select facilities, with a beeper response within 30 minutes, including nights and weekends
Call ratio: 1:5 with a 10% callback rate; phone consults and patient management included.
Approximate patient load: 5 cases per shift, adults only (18+).
EMR system: Cerner.
Credentialing timeline: approximately 30 days; temporary privileges available.

Compensation:
$240/hour + travel & lodging
Orientation: $200/hour
OT/Holiday: 1.3x regular rate
Weekday beeper call: $400 for 12 hours
Weekend beeper call: $800 for 24 hours
Covered medical malpractice insurance
