Job description

CRNA Opportunity 2 hours outside of Phoenix Arizona

No weekends or holiday coverage required
Start Date: September 8; End Date: January 9 (potential extension)
Shifts available: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, or 3p-11p, schedule generated by automated system
NO CALL
Approximate 40 hours per week
Case Types: Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General Surgery, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, and Endo
Hospital includes 11 main ORs and 2 ambulatory surgical center ORs

EMR Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Hospital size: 317 beds
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 days

Requirements:
Active AZ license
DEA license
BLS or ACLS certification
Compensation: $205 per hour plus Travel & Lodging
Covering medical malpractice insurance included
