Shifts: Monday through Friday
Minimum Monthly Shifts: 20
Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
EMR System: EPIC
Facility Size: Main site includes 38 ORs

Case Types
Wide variety of surgical cases
Excludes: Burns, transplants, trauma
No OB or hearts for CRNAs (experience in these areas is a plus but not required)

Requirements:
Active Florida State License
Board Certified CRNA
BLS & PALS Certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA experience in high-volume hospital settings
Full-time availability (minimum 20 shifts/month)
Must live more than 75 miles from the facility and must not have worked at this facility or with affiliated groups in the last 24 months

• This role requires cross-credentialing and the ability to rotate between four sites within the region: Tampa, Carrollwood, Wesley Chapel, and New Tampa Surgery Center.
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (flexible days); 8s and 12s also available
• No Call / No Weekends
