Must be IL licensed and willing to start first week of September!

Kishwaukee is a community hospital located an hour west of Chicago.
All bread and butter cases. No Neuro, No cardiac.
Very CRNA Friendly environment (striving to only hire physicians that foster a good environment)
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days, possible sooner
