Location: 1 hour east of Indianapolis
Start date: ASAP-August with possible extension
April 14-18, 23-25, 28-30
May 1-2, 5-9, 19, 23
June 16-20, 23-27
July 7-11, 14-18, 21-25, 28-31
August 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-29
Schedule: 7:00a-3:00/3:30p
Call requirements: None
Independent practice
Cases: Ortho, endo, general, uro, gyn
Credentialing: Temporary privileges with clean file
Travel and lodging accommodations for eligible candidates


QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be board certified with current ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Must be licensed in Indiana
Must be confident working independently
Regional and epidurals are preferred but not required
