CRNA Needed In Indiana ($215-$225 an hour)

Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call Required: Yes – Primary & Secondary Call (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM); Assigned by Chief; 20-minute response time
Clinical Details
• Setting: Hospital
• Supervision Model: MD supervision
• Patient Population: All ages, including OB and Peds
• Procedures:
o General, OB, Peds, Endo, ENT, Urology, GYN, Ortho
o Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• EMR: Meditech
• Caseload: 6 providers daily
• Call Logs: Required – must provide proof of competency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Additional Details
• Call rotation includes Primary & Secondary call (same rate)
• Full-time coverage strongly preferred
• Specific Coverage Dates Needed:
o Oct 27–31
o Nov 10–16, 17–21, 24–28
o Dec 1–7, 8–12, 22–28, 29–31
