Location: Saginaw

13-weeks

Shift Details: We prefer 5x8s or 4x10s (Need 10-12 shifts a month to be considered)

Schedule: 5x8 or 4x10

Work Details:
· Patients per day: 8-20 cases per day /3-4 cases per OR -15-20 cases daily in the out-of-OR locations
• 268 beds
· Department description: General, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, GI, Endo
· EMR: Paper charting for both sites

Practice Setting:
• Hospital Level 2 Trauma/Stroke Center

Requirements:
· Board Certification: yes
· License required: Yes
· DEA: yes
· Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
