Start Date: June 23rd-Aug 2nd (possibly beyond)

Schedule: 5 days per week/ 8 hour shifts, or 4 ten hour shifts - Will also consider someone for 3 days per week

Department Description: CRNA's are supervised - They will do all except hearts, heads, neonates and OB’s. We would prefer they do peds, but not a deal breaker.

The only level 1 and the others are either 2 or 3. Number of cases vary depending on where they work as it could be anywhere between 2-15 cases in a day.

EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:

Hospital - ** CRNA's are required to float between the metro region. CRNA's will be supervised.

Board Certification: Yes
License Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
