CRNA Opportunity in Memphis, TN

Multiple locations
Duration: ASAP, ongoing, with 6-month commitment
Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Team & Practice:
~25 MDs / 50 CRNAs
Up to 10 MDs / 10 CRNAs needed
Practice style: MDs supervise CRNAs (2/3), with some cases performed independently (1/3)
Full-time only moving forward; no travel candidates allowed
Working autonomously with some supervision

Schedule & Shifts:
Monday – Friday + weekends + call (site-dependent)
Shift options: 8, 10, 12 hours or 24 hours
Call not required but flexible in-house and beeper call available for cardiac, neuro, transplant, etc.

Case & Patient Types:
General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, GYN, Transplants, Neuro, Cardiac , Vascular, NORA (GI, IR)
Preference for candidates with OB experience
Patient ages: Adults, Geriatric, Adolescents
Skills: Epidural, spinal, regional ultrasound blocks

Certifications & Licenses:
Board Eligible or Certified, TEE required for cardiac
Active TN and/or MS licenses, DEA registration
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Credentialing: ~90 days, handled by the company

Compensation:
CRNA: $200/hr
Overtime: $225/hr (guaranteed within OT guidelines)
