Case Type(s): General, OB, Ortho
Not willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license

Shift Type: Need 1x 8hr, 1x10hr, and 1x12hr

In House Call: Not Required
Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Not Needed
Weekend - On Call (Pager): Not Needed
Overtime not Expected

Site Charting System: paper
Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 6
MDs supervising CRNAs
CRNA to MD ratio 6 to 1
MDs not doing their own cases

Pay Rate: $190 + lodging; $117/day car rental/mileage: $250/week
Covered Medical Malpractice insurance
