CRNA Opportunities in East TX
Seeking CRNAs for ongoing coverage at multiple facilities in East Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced providers comfortable with a busy, diverse case load and flexible scheduling.
Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP, ongoing
Duration: Initially 3 months, with extension possible up to 6+ months
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Some days may require after 3 p.m. coverage in the other locations.
CRNA must commit to working at least 2 weeks/month.
Call:
Not required but highly preferred
Availability to take on weeknights and weekends if needed (typically with 2 weeks’ notice)
Call is OR & OB coverage, primary call 3 p.m. – 7 a.m., backup 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
No in-house call; CRNAs work solo/independently during cases
Case Types & Volume:
Neuro, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedic, GI, ENT (healthy pediatrics), Plastics, Urology, Podiatry
Labor epidurals and SABs for C-sections (OB experience essential)
Neurosurgery, vascular, and thoracic experience beneficial
Pediatric experience plus regional anesthesia is a plus
Anesthesia Model: CRNAs work independently
Active Texas license required
EMR: Cerner
Compensation:
Standard Hourly Rate: $220 + mileage & lodging
Callback/OT: $225/hour
Holiday Rate: $270/hour
Providers must have a clean file for temporary privileges at all three facilities
Flexibility to cover diverse case types and patient populations is essential
Medical Malpractice insurance covered
