Job description

Seeking CRNAs for ongoing inpatient coverage Hospital an hour outside of Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced providers seeking flexible, hospital-based work within a well-established facility.

Start Date: July 14
End Date: Ongoing
Length of Commitment: 3 to 6+ months
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 8-hour shifts

Call Requirements:
Inpatient OR & OB call
Weeknight call: 3 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Weekend call: 24-hour shifts
Call cases include all case types, including OB (must be proficient in blocks; complex vascular preferred but no open-heart cases)
Day shifts: all case types, no cardiac, open-heart, or complex vascular cases on scheduled day shifts

Case Types & Volume:
All case types when on call; proficient in blocks required
Support Staff: 80% CRNAs working independently; minimal supervision

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience required; new grads not acceptable
Charting: Paper charting

Certifications & Licensing:
ACLS, TX DEA required
Active Texas license required
Credentialing:

90-day process; provider can receive temporary privileges
Client targeting July 11 start, with fast-tracking available

Regular Hourly Rate: $255, with Travel and Lodging if starting 7/14 and working full-time; reduces to $240 beginning 9/15
OT (over 9 hours/day): $300/hour
Callback: $300/hour
Holiday Rate: $312/hour
Weeknight Beeper Call: $600 per shift
Weekend Beeper Call (24-hour period): $1200
Medical Malpractice Insurance covered
