Job description

Pain Management Physician Needed in Florida:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 2-3x10/hour shifts per week
Work details:
- Volume: 40-45/Day (could be less depending on the procedures scheduled)
- Out-Patient Clinic
- Steroid Injections, Lumbar Transforaminal, Radiofrequency Ablation
- BC in Pain Management or Anesthesiologist with Pain Management experience

FL License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
