Job description

Schedule: 40 - 50 hours per week. Full-time availability preferred.

Call not required

Setting: Hospital

Types of cases: Cardiac, Orthopedics, Complete Vascular, Head/Spine, Neurology, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic. No Obstetrics.

Credentialing time: 60 days

Requirements: Board certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, active Indiana medical license.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
