Job description

Locum Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Indiana!!!

Licenses Required: IN state license or IMLC

Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days for full privileges; ASAP for temporary privileges
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
No immediate call, but potential need in the future
Anesthesia Model: Independent, unsupervised cases

Case Types:
Bread-and-butter cases, primarily orthopedics (e.g., broken bones)
Regional blocks (preferred but not essential)
Occasional OB (C-section, epidurals) and spinals for joint cases
Very rarely pediatrics; mainly adult cases
No heads or hearts cases
Patient Age Group: Adults, with occasional pediatric cases
EMR System: Cerner with PowerChart

Certifications Required:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
BLS and ACLS certifications
DEA license and CSR credentials required

Compensation: $350/hour
Travel: Yes, includes airfare, mileage, rental car, and lodging expenses (reimbursement provided)
