ANESTHESIOLOGIST NEEDED IN INDIANA FOR SPECIFIC DATES

Dates Needed:
Weeks of July 28, August 5, September 2
September 15 (x5)
September 22, 29
October 6, 13, 20, 27, 31
November 7, 24
December 1, 8, 15, 22

Credentialing & Licensure:
60-90 days for full privileges
Temporary privileges available with a clean background check, MP, and active unrestricted license
MUST be AHA Certified*

Schedule:
Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
On-call: Yes, from 3:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Call Rotation: 3 weeknights/month
Call Schedule: Primary call in-house; secondary call within 30 minutes
Anesthesia Model: Solo practice

Case Types:
Mostly general, endoscopy , Ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, cancer surgeries, liver procedures
Some vascular, ENT, radiology w/anesthesia, cosmetic, podiatry, pulmonology, light cardiac, lungs, and major vascular cases
Blocks: bread-and-butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal, TAPS
Case logs are required showing spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Team & Facilities:
During the day: 6 CRNAs, 4 MDs (total of 9 providers)
1 provider off post-call day from first call
Main hospital with 7 providers, plus 2 providers in late room and 2 in ASC
8 ORs
EMR: Medaxion

Compensation: $350/hour
Travel & Lodging: Yes, arrangements provided
Medical Malpractice covered
