Based at an award-winning medical center just north of Minneapolis, MN. • Desirable case mix – lots of orthopedic surgery and general surgery, plus some ENT, Uro, Gyn, Endo, Robotics, etc. No OB, no heads, no hearts. • Hospital averages about 4,000 cases/year• Medical direction during business hours, independent CRNA coverage on evenings/weekends • Minimal 1:7 beeper call - generous 45 min RTF. All call is paid, plus a stipend for any callbacks (<20% likelihood of getting called back) • Highly competitive compensation – $305-325K+, with additional lucrative earnings available • Up to $80K signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support• Employed position with comprehensive benefits: health/dental/vision, generous 5% retirement contribution, 37-42+ days of Time Off + 2 weeks of Caregiver Leave, fertility/family building help, 20 days of childcare – all the expected perks & then some• New grads welcome The best of both worlds!
