Anesthesiologist need in Houston TX!!!

Desired start date: August 1
Length of contract: 3 months to 1 year
Shifts: Days or nights 8s, 10s, or 12s
Call: 1 weeknight beeper call/wk + 1 weekend beeper call/month. Call is also optional but proffered
Weekend Coverage: Not mandatory, but is an option is provider is interested

Cases for Site 1: General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Endo/Gastro, Urology, ENT, Cosmetic, Neuro/Spine, Pain, Cardiology, Vascular, Radiology
Cases for Site 2: General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Endo/Gastro, Urology, ENT, Cosmetic, Neuro/Spine, Pain, Cardiology

Blocks, spinals, epidurals are NOT required, but if competent and desired, will allow

Anesthesia Model: Loose supervision
New Grads Accepted
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days, temp priv's aren't available

Pay Rates:
Local MD (Within 60 Miles) who won't take Call: $310
Local MD who will take Call: $320
Non-local MD who won't take Call: $320
Non-local MD who will take Call: $330
OT/Callback +$25/hr
12-hr Beeper Call: $1,000
24-hr Beeper Call: $2,000

T & L Stipends:
$3500/month travel stipend if out of state. (must provide address)
If they are OUTSIDE of Houston there will be a reduced travel stipend of $3000/month depending on travel needs.
Must provide full time hours for full stipend.
