Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Case Mix:
Pediatrics: Healthy patients only
Select procedures on patients under 2 years old

Hospital Size: 179 beds
EMR: EPIC
Points of Service: 10
Total Anesthesia Team: 16 FTEs
8 ORs and 2 Endoscopy Suites
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (weekdays); 24-hour call on weekends
Call Coverage: 1 MD and 1 CRNA (beeper call, not in-house)
Supervision model in place (MDs also perform epidurals)
1:4 MD supervision ratio
Case Types:
General Surgery, Endoscopy, OB, GYN, Podiatry, Urology, ENT, Orthopedics (including total joints)
No hearts or neuro cases
CRNAs can perform OB and epidurals if interested, but it's not a requirement to perform spinals or regional blocks
