Job description

Facility: (Acute Care Hospital)
Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
Start Date: June 2025
Contract Length: Varies
Shift Options: 12-hour or 24-hour shifts (24-hour preferred)
Schedule: 2-3 shifts per week (Building out schedule)
Practice Setting: Inpatient – Pediatrics & PICU
Patients Per Day: 7-15 (Ages 0-18)
EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
Board Certification: Pediatric Acute Care (PICU)
License: Active AZ License (no willingness to license)
Certifications: PALS, BLS, DEA required
Experience: Minimum 1 year in PICU
Vaccines: COVID-19 and Flu (exemptions allowed)

Credentialing & Onboarding:
Completed applications must be submitted within 7 days.
Cerner training is required (approx. 4 hours, remote, compensated).
Proof of AZ license application is required if not already active.
