Job description

Trauma NP/PA Needed in Northern California:
Start Date: September 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months - W2
Schedule: 3x12s,days, weekends, weekdays
Required at least 4 Weekend shifts/mo are required
Needs mostly days, but will need nights
Call requirements: no call
Department description: Busiest trauma center in the Bay Area. APP serves patients from ED to floor to ICU and more. APP needs to be willing to help in all areas and see critically ill patients from ED to floor. APP needs to give care to injured patients in all forms.
Skills required: Familiar with trauma and ed patienets
Management of shock, ACS, stroke, neurosurgery, ortho exp plus
Must have at least 1 year experinece in trauma
Level 1 trauma exp strongly preferred
Strongly prefer someone with art lines and central lines, chest tubes experience
Exp in ICU huge plus
Will not take any OR or First Assist cases.
Certifications: ATLS - MUST BE WILLING TO GET AN ATLS WITHIN A YEAR OF STARTING

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Active CA License Required
