🫀 Locums Opportunity – Cardiac Critical Care CICU APP (NP or PA) – Maryland 🫀
Job description
Join a CICU team focused on post-op cardiac surgery patients (no transplant/OR/vein harvest). This role requires hands-on ICU experience and comfort with lines and vents. Coverage is weekday-only, with 12 shifts/month expected.
Patients: 1–3 cardiac surgery, ~5 heart attack/day, few night emergencies
EMR: Cerner
Required procedures: Central line + arterial caths
Requirements:
• Board certified NP/PA
• MD license (or eligible to obtain within 6 weeks)
• ACLS, BLS
• Must have Cardiac Surgery ICU experience
