o NP/PA will collaborate in conjunction with their collaborating physician.
o Collaborating physician provides a list of patients to see for NP/PA.
o Collaborate and Delegate to ensure cohesiveness.
Have active clean license, live in the service area.
• Continuing Education – CME Credits: 3 Shared learning sessions for the 1st year and 2 shared learning sessions each year
• Accrual of PTO hours is 10 hours per month up to 15 days annually, 7 paid company holidays
• Benefits: Effective 1st of the month after 30 days of full-time employment (Day 1 is their first day of infield training). Medical Malpractice with tail is provided and mileage reimbursement
• Fellowship Inclusion: after patient care has begun
• Starting Salary: $120K annually for full time, including benefits, salary starts on first day of infield training
