Dates needing coverage: May 3-11 July 4-12

Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 7 on 7 off
Schedule: Daily inpatient 8-5, night call 5p-7a via phone
Work Details:
· Support Staff: APP
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time 7 on 7 off- can look at consistent PT but minimum of 7 days/month
· Patients per day: 14 but can vary
· Patient Population/Age: Adult
· Department Description: the providers will be covering 2 locations that are 12 minutes from each other. The volumes are based on total census between both facilities. Inpatient
· EMR: EPIC/Provation for GI Procedure documentation
· Required Procedures:
· Esophageal Dilatation
· Small Bowel Biopsy
· Lower GI Endoscopy
· Sigmoidoscopy
· Colonoscopy
· Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube

· Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy:
· with Biopsy
· with Foreign Body Removal
· with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery)
· with Banding of Varices
· with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
· Diagnostic
· Therapeutic
· with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
