Job Description:
• MD/DO Gastroenterologist needed
• BC and Fellowship required in GI
• August Start
• Days and Nights
• 1 Year Assignment
• Outpatient Setting some inpatient hospital work
• Patients Per Shift Endoscopy 10-14, Hospital Varies
• Adult and Geriatric Patient Demographic
• Life Safety, BLS AND ACLS
• Will be required to supervise APPS when on call
• Team Structure 4 MD's 5 APP's and hospital nursing staff
• Call Required, ratio 1:5
• EMR: EPIC, written and dictation charting options
• Procedures required ; EGD, Colonoscopy
• Top desired skill; Endoscopy
• 0-5+ years of experience
• Phone Interview required

Additional Notes
• Option 1 – One to Two Weeks Hospital Coverage 24x7 hospital service daytime including Hospital Consults, Inpatient/Emergent Add-ons procedures (approx 2/day), and 3-5 planned procedures M-F, overnight and weekend call

• Option 2 – One to Two Weeks Outpatient Endoscopy – 7:30-4:30 M-F – Approx 12 patients per day - Combination of Moderate and MAC sedation. Weekend call may be included if interested (Sat and Sun)
