Looking for your next high-impact locums assignment? A top-tier Level 1 hospital in Ohio is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist for ongoing locums coverage starting this fall. This is a high-acuity, procedurally rich opportunity ideal for providers who can commit to at least 7 consecutive days/month.

📅 Start Date: September 29, 2025
🩺 Shift Details:
• Weekdays: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM + night beeper call (M–F)
• Weekends: 24-hour beeper call

📆 Needed Coverage Dates:
• Sept 29 – Oct 6
• Nov 17 – 24
• Nov 24 – Dec 1
• Dec 22 – 29
• Dec 29 – Jan 5

🚨 Preference given to full-time availability, but flexible for 7+ day commitments!

🛠 Key Procedures Required (Documentation Needed):
ERCP (150 cases in past 2 years – required)

Esophageal/Duodenal/Luminal Stent Placement (20 in past 2 years)

Colonoscopy w/ or w/o polypectomy

Diagnostic & therapeutic EGD

PEG placement, biopsies, dilation, sigmoidoscopy

Nonvariceal upper/lower GI bleeding control

GI motility & pH studies

✅ Qualifications:
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Active OH license or IMLC (willing to license)

ACLS & DEA required

Minimum 1 year post-fellowship experience

Moderate Sedation test required during onboarding

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing: Temps available for quicker onboarding!
