Advanced GI needed - IMLC welcome!

Job description

We’re looking for a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for an alternating weekly call schedule at two facilities in Tennessee. This is a 24-hour call role (Mon 7am – Mon 7am) with 6–8 hours/day of patient contact, split between procedures and rounding. Must be experienced in ERCP and general GI. IMLC welcomed for fast turnaround!

🔹 Key Assignment Details:
Schedule: 7-day 24-hour call, alternating weekly between Bristol Regional & Holston Valley

Daily Volume: Avg. 5–6 procedures/day

Support: OR and Endo nursing teams

EMR: EPIC (preferred experience)

Setting: Endo suite or OR; average bed capacity: 350

Patient Population: Mostly adults

Equipment: Olympus scopes

📌 Requirements:
Board Certification: Gastroenterology

Licensure: TN license or active IMLC (required prior to confirmation)

Certifications: BLS/ACLS; TN DEA required

Skills: Must be experienced in ERCP procedures

Experience: Strong general GI and ERCP background preferred

📝 Privileging: ~60 days
